Things I Love About Louisiana #2

The food!!!  At the risk of sounding like Bubba Gump, here we go:  king cake, etouffee, jambalaya, boiled crawfish, boiled crabs, boiled shrimp, gumbo, beignets,  blackened anything, oysters, po-boys, muffalettas, hurricanes (okay, technically it’s a drink), cafe au lait (it’s a drink, too), bisque, boudin, andouille, tasso, cracklins…  Okay, now I’m hungry.  Later guys.
